The dtour.life platform is a divorce management platform to assist you in working with clients by allowing all stakeholders, including your internal staff and outside experts, to organize, manage and analyze the data, reports and documents required throughout the process. When the case is concluded, you are leaving your clients in a better position to move forward with all of their financials, reports and next steps for their post-divorce chapter. We have several plans to meet different case-loads. If your client subscribed before hiring you, you can easily switch them onto your plan. After the case is concluded (or on-hold) you can easily switch on-going payment to your client.
I don’t know how many cases I will create, so how do I decide which plan is best?
Our system will automatcially start you with the free case, and then when you add your next case, it will move you to the first tier. As you add cases, it will trigger an alert that it is time to upgrade to the next tier.
There are several lawyers/divorce professionals in our firm. Can just one of us subscribe and share all the cases?
Each individual lawyer or divorce professional in a firm who has their own case will have their own subscription to a plan. This will allow them to create cases and manage payor/inactive status for their own clients. Associates or support staff who are part of the team contributing to that same case will have complimentary access. For firms with 5+ lawyers or a high volume of cases, please send us a chat message, email or call for a volume discount.
My client already has a dtour.life case. How do I access their case and move it onto my billing plan so that they will no longer be charged?
Ask your client to invite you to their case by clicking the “Case Settings” link in the navigation bar and entering your email. Be sure they click in the dropdown box and assign “admin” privileges to you. After you receive the case link in the email invitation, their case card will pop up on your Case List. Click the "Become Payor" button to move the case to your plan. All subsequent billing to their credit card will be suspended.
Can I customize access privileges for my clients, staff and anyone I invite to the case?
Yes. There are three levels of privileges that can be assigned for each invitee on the “Case Settings” page. • Admin: Invite, terminate access, assign payment, input, edit and upload data • Editor: Input, edit and upload data • Viewer: View only
